The Puppet Speaks Lies
Pope Benedict XVI is in Britain and during his visit and a speech, he was quoted in saying, “Even in our own lifetime, we can recall how Britain and her leaders stood against a Nazi tyranny that wished to eradicate God from society and denied our common humanity to many, especially the Jews, who were thought unfit to live.”
My oh my, how many times do we need to point out the obvious facts that Hitler was a Catholic and atheism was not the cause of the holocaust?
The Guardian article also went on to state the Pope made claim of Briton fighting off the atheistic evil embodied by Adolf Hitler.
After praising the good deeds of such Britons as Edward the Confessor, William Wilberforce and John Henry Newman, he went on to note that the country had also fought the atheistic evil embodied by Adolf Hitler.
Let’s make one thing clear, atheism is just a term used to describe a person and the lack of belief in a supreme being. Even if an evil person does evil things, never in the history of man kind they do such things in the name of atheism, they do it because they’re evil people.
I’d like to also point out how the Pope was shocked at learning of the sexual abuse within the church. You’re kidding right? I’m sure he was well aware of abuse before he was even Pope, who knows, he’s likely got a few preferred alter boys back in La La Land (Vatican).
